Job Description
OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst who will lead business analysis efforts for complex initiatives impacting multiple business units and systems. They will partner with stakeholders to define strategic requirements and align technology solutions with operational objectives. They evaluate risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to support informed decision-making. Finally, they will guide continuous improvement of business analysis standards and practices. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Leads requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops for complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Defines detailed functional and technical requirements, success metrics, and business rules for enterprise systems.

  • Analyzes current and future-state processes to identify optimization and automation opportunities.

  • Evaluates risks, benefits, and feasibility of proposed solutions across multiple systems and data environments.

  • Develops comprehensive documentation including process models, data flows, and detailed specifications.

  • Coordinates dependencies across teams and provides recommendations on trade-offs and sequencing.

  • Guides and mentors less experienced analysts in requirement documentation and stakeholder engagement practices.

  • Attend internal team meetings in person annually. Attend vendor conferences and join vendor training webinars remotely as interested and approved by team lead.

  • Attend ad hoc project meetings in person as needed.

  • Occasional weekend/after-hours work may be required as part of this position. Any weekend/after-hours work to be coordinated in advance with team and per the specific needs of the project.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

  • 4-7 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis required.

  • Experience leading requirements for complex technology implementations required.

  • Proven experience in/with;

  • working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
