This is an exciting opportunity for a product management professional to lead the strategy and optimization of advertising monetization across a large portfolio of high-traffic digital platforms. • Define and manage the advertising product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that increase monetization while maintaining a high-quality user experience.
  • Collaborate with Ad Operations to optimize ad placements, layouts, refresh strategies, lazy loading, video advertising, native formats, and other monetization opportunities.
  • Partner with engineering teams to implement advertising technologies and support new monetization capabilities.
  • Work closely with analytics, SEO, marketing, and revenue teams to identify growth opportunities and monitor advertising performance.
  • Analyze key performance indicators such as RPM, eCPM, fill rate, CTR, viewability, revenue per session, Core Web Vitals, and user engagement.

  • Evaluate advertising platforms, header bidding solutions, SSPs, exchanges, and strategic monetization partners.
  • Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.
  • Present performance insights, experimentation results, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Monitor industry trends in programmatic advertising, privacy regulations, AI-powered optimization, identity solutions, and publisher technologies.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a data-driven product leader with deep expertise in digital publishing and advertising technology, capable of balancing commercial objectives with exceptional user experiences.

  • 5+ years of product management or product ownership experience within digital publishing, advertising technology, e-commerce, or consumer web platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems, publisher monetization strategies, and digital advertising operations.
  • Experience working with platforms such as Google Ad Manager, header bidding solutions, SSPs, exchanges, or similar monetization technologies.
  • Proficiency with analytics and experimentation platforms such as GA4, Domo, Looker, VWO, Optimizely, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising performance metrics, including RPM, eCPM, fill rate, viewability, latency, CTR, and revenue per session.
  • Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, SEO best practices, page performance optimization, and advertising technology integrations.
  • Proven experience leading experimentation initiatives that deliver measurable business and revenue improvements.
  • Excellent project management, prioritization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to transform complex data into actionable product strategies and business decisions.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary aligned with experience and qualifications.
  • Fully remote work opportunity.
  • Opportunity to lead monetization strategy across high-traffic digital platforms with significant business impact.
  • Collaborative environment with cross-functional exposure to product, engineering, analytics, marketing, and revenue teams.
