Job description

Why 1Kosmos?
Most enterprises verify identity once at onboarding, then trust credentials for every access decision that follows. That gap is where fraud, impersonation, and social engineering live. 1Kosmos exists to close it.
We are building the trust platform for the digital economy: verifying who is behind a credential, in real time, across 190-plus countries and 4,000-plus document types, with IAL2-certified identity proofing, liveness detection, and deepfake mitigation built in. Then we let that verified identity be reused everywhere without a password. For humans. For employees. For AI agents.
We were just named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Identity Verification. We hold FedRAMP High authorization. We process tens of millions of identity verifications per year and more than 2 billion authentications.
We hire people who understand the weight of that. People who move fast, think in systems, take ownership, and care about getting the details right. If you want to market a product that genuinely matters to the security of enterprises, governments, and millions of people, keep reading.
About the role
The Senior Product Marketing Manager for Identity Verification & Fraud owns the go-to-market engine for one of the most technically differentiated products in the identity space. You will define how we position identity proofing, document verification, LiveID, fraud signals and reusable identity in a market that is moving quickly and getting crowded with noise.
This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and demand generation. You will translate deep technical capability into positioning that wins deals, creates category clarity, and earns analyst recognition. You will own launches, build the sales narrative, and arm the field with content that moves pipeline.
Requirements
Positioning & Narrative
  • Own 1Kosmos's messaging architecture - from company narrative down to product, persona, and vertical levels
  • Translate our technical differentiation (deterministic IDV, biometric binding, blockchain-anchored identity) into clear, buyer-facing value that resonates with enterprise security, fraud, and risk buyers
  • Define ICPs, buyer personas, and jobs-to-be-done that are actionable for Sales and Marketing
  • Shape the category POV: why deterministic identity beats probabilistic fraud scoring, and why now

Sales Enablement
  • Build and maintain the core content set that wins deals: pitch decks, vertical narratives, competitive battlecards, objection handling guides, and one-pagers
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to align on priorities and continuously sharpen what's used in the field
  • Turn customer wins into proof: case studies and stories that make the next deal easier than the last
  • Drive adoption through training, onboarding, and tight feedback loops with the field

Competitive Intelligence
  • Own 1Kosmos's competitive strategy across the fraud and identity landscape
  • Translate competitive insights into clear, actionable guidance for Sales and updates to positioning
  • Stay ahead of category shifts across identity verification, fraud detection, and trust infrastructure

Vertical & Segment GTM
  • Own go-to-market strategy for our priority segments: Healthcare, Federal/SLED, and Enterprise Workforce - with Financial Services and Telecom on deck
  • Build complete vertical narratives: buyer, problem, solution, proof points, and differentiation
  • Ensure vertical strategies are activated consistently across campaigns, content, and sales motions

Product Launch & GTM Execution
  • Own GTM for Trust Platform launches and major releases - from positioning through market activation
  • Partner with Product to ensure commercial readiness: packaging, pricing input, and sales readiness
  • Define success metrics and feed learnings back into future launches and product strategy

You Are the Right Person for This Role If You Have
  • 6-10+ years in product marketing within B2B SaaS, with meaningful time spent at a startup or high-growth company where you were doing the work - not just managing it
  • Deep expertise in fraud, risk, or identity - you've positioned products in this space and you understand the buyer: the CISO, the fraud ops lead, the VP of Risk, the IAM architect
  • Proven positioning and messaging chops - you've built it from the ground up, validated it in market, and watched it hold up in competitive deals
  • Sales enablement that moved the needle - you have a track record of content and training that drove measurable impact on win rates and deal velocity
  • High agency - you identify what's next and do it. You don't wait for a brief. You write the brief, run the play, measure it, and iterate
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills - you can write a case study a CISO forwards to their team, a LinkedIn post that gets shared, and a battlecard a rep actually uses
  • Comfort with ambiguity and speed - there's no playbook yet. You'll build it

Benefits
The Benefits of Working with 1Kosmos
  • Competitive salary with significant upside as we scale and grow.
  • Comprehensive benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage, FSA/HSA, 401(k), and more.
  • Generous equipment budget and customized workstation-you'll have everything you need to be successful.
  • Long-term stability within a high-growth sector in identity and access management.
  • Mission-driven culture: At 1Kosmos, your work directly impacts the security and success of leading organizations worldwide. Everything we build is cutting-edge and vital to our clients' success.
  • Flexibility & work-life balance: Hybrid work model with remote flexibility.

Note
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days onsite at our Iselin, NJ headquarters.
H1B/Visa sponsorship is not currently available for this specific position.
1Kosmos is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
