Senior Project Manager โ€“ Custom Automation

North Greater Philadelphia Area (Warminster, PA) | Up to $140,000 + Excellent Benefits



Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on leading complex custom automation projects from concept through installation?


We're partnering with a leading manufacturer of engineered process equipment that designs and builds highly customized automation systems for customers in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and life sciences industries. This is an opportunity to lead high-visibility capital equipment projects while working alongside engineering, manufacturing, and executive leadership.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple custom automation and engineered equipment projects from kickoff through customer acceptance.
  • Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and customer expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, Sales, and Supply Chain.
  • Travel up to 30% to customer sites and manufacturing facilities (occasional international travel).


What We're Looking For:


  • 5+ years of Project Management experience managing custom automated equipment or engineered capital equipment projects.
  • Experience working for a systems integrator or OEM that builds custom automation machinery is required.
  • Strong background managing engineering, fabrication, assembly, installation, and commissioning projects.
  • Experience working directly with customers and executive stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, or related discipline preferred.
