A Civil Engineer Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, utilizing their technical knowledge of civil engineering principles to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications, while managing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and mitigating potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Salary Range: $85,000 to $110,000 annually

Position Description: A great opportunity to be a key team member in the Planning and Site Design Department. The Project Manager (Civil Engineer) will oversee and design a wide variety of projects ranging from small to large projects in the multi-use, residential, commercial, educational, etc., categories. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing and developing site design (from conception through final approval), stormwater management, grading, erosion and sedimentation control, site investigation, researching state and local design standards, coordination/communication with contractors and clients, and client and municipal meetings. This position involves both drafting and designing your own work.

Qualifications

Requirements:
• PA P.E. Preferred
• E.I.T. Required
• 5 - 10+ years of relevant experience
• Must have proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Land Development and Site Design experience
• Stormwater Management, Grading, Erosion & Sediment Control, and Utility Design
• Regulatory Permitting (NPDES) and Zoning approvals
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to manage and design multiple concurrent projects
