This position involves developing project design criteria and creating comprehensive design packages that guide the construction and operation of substations. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales and project management, to address potential challenges and provide innovative solutions. With a strong emphasis on adhering to industry standards and best practices, the Senior Substation Engineer is instrumental in delivering projects on time and within budget, while maintaining a focus on safety and compliance.

What You Bring
  • Confirmed Experience: 7-10 years in engineering roles within AIS/GIS Substations EPC.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of high voltage AIS/GIS equipment and electrical engineering principles.
  • Project Engineering Skills: Proficient in engineering design, analysis, and implementation, including the ability to develop and review technical documentation and specifications.
  • Design & Analysis: Ability to create and evaluate engineering designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve engineering challenges effectively.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
  • EHS Compliance: Experience ensuring environmental, health, and safety compliance in engineering practices.
  • Education & Certification: Minimum bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (or related field) and relevant certifications, with hands-on experience in HV-Substation design and construction.
