Job description

Une carrière en tant que conseiller sénior, vigie réglementaire RPCFAT dans l’équipe de Programme de Conformité RPCFAT, à la Banque Nationale, c’est agir à titre de spécialiste dans la surveillance proactive de l’environnement réglementaire et l’analyse des impacts des nouveautés réglementaires sur le Programme de conformité RPCFAT.
Ton rôle consiste à capter, analyser et structurer les changements réglementaires, à identifier les écarts entre les exigences et le cadre en place, puis à informer et outiller les partenaires concernés afin de soutenir l’évolution proactive du Programme RPCFAT.

Ton emploi :
  • Assurer une vigie continue, structurée et documentée des lois, règlements, lignes directrices et communications réglementaires en matière de RPCFAT.
  • Analyser les nouvelles exigences, orientations et tendances réglementaires et en évaluer les impacts sur les pratiques et cadres de contrôle existants
  • Produire des analyses d’impacts et synthèses réglementaires claires, rigoureuses et exploitables.
  • Maintenir à jour les politiques, normes, librairies et procédures du programme en assurant leur cohérence et leur conformité
  • Supporter l’équipe dans la recherche réglementaire liée au RPCFAT, notamment par la captation des textes législatifs, réglementaires et des orientations applicables.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec des équipes diverses dans le cadre d’initiatives transversales, de projets réglementaires et de mises à jour des outils et pratiques.
  • Contribuer aux activités de gouvernance et au suivi du cadre réglementaire du programme

  • Excellente compréhension du cadre législatif et réglementaire RPCFAT.
  • Forte capacité d’analyse réglementaire, de structuration de l’information et de rédaction.
  • Rigueur, autonomie et esprit critique.
  • Capacité à identifier des impacts et des écarts réglementaires complexes dans un environnement en constante évolution.
  • Aptitude à travailler en collaboration avec des équipes multidisciplinaires, notamment en Conformité et Affaires juridiques.
