Job description

The Senior Program Manager of Wellness Center Programs contributes to AHF's mission by delivering exceptional program oversight for their assigned Wellness Center site(s).
This leadership role provides direct support and program development including quality assurance, client satisfaction and comprehensive delivery of HIV prevention and sexual health services. The Senior Program Manager leads a multidisciplinary team and routinely coordinates with other AHF business lines and community partners to maximize the delivery of testing and prevention services in the community.
The Senior Program Manager will utilize their advanced experience and expertise to ensure the efficient delivery of services in a manner that reaches the greatest number of individuals as possible. This role will also lead site level implementation and delivery of HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) services.
The Senior Program Manager consistently works to troubleshoot site level challenges that impede the efficient delivery of services, attainment of programmatic goals and high levels of customer satisfaction. Analyzing/interpreting data and preparing progress reports/workplans will also be an important component of this role.
The Senior Program Manager contributes to the Public Health Division by fostering a team-oriented work environment and promoting a patient centered approach. The role works both independently and as part of a team to successfully manage simultaneous projects that allow AHF to meet our mission while executing our core values.
