Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives at our Tampa, FL location. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, with a primary focus on driving high-impact Databricks implementations and data modernization initiatives.

We are looking for senior-level leaders who can bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy, managing cross-functional teams, enterprise stakeholders, and complex vendor ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership: Direct and manage large, enterprise-level programs from inception to delivery, ensuring they align with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.

  • Databricks & Data Strategy Ownership: Drive the successful planning and execution of Databricks implementations, data lakes, and modern data architecture programs across the enterprise.

  • Stakeholder & Executive Management: Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, technical teams, and business units. Provide clear status reports, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.

  • Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Lead and mentor cross-functional agile teams (Data Engineers, Architects, Analysts, and DevOps) to foster high performance and seamless delivery.

  • Resource & Financial Management: Oversee program budgets up to $140K+ scope allocations, resource planning, and vendor management to optimize ROI.

  • Risk & Governance: Proactively identify program risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, implementing robust mitigation strategies and governance frameworks.

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of overall IT/Tech industry experience, with at least 5+ years specifically in a Senior Program Management or high-level Delivery Management role handling enterprise-scale projects.

  • Technical Expertise: Solid, hands-on understanding and proven track record of managing Databricks implementations, big data analytics platforms, and cloud data migrations (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).

  • Enterprise Background: Must have worked in large, complex enterprise environments managing multi-million dollar or multi-stream technical programs.

  • Methodologies: Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall program management frameworks. PGMp, PMP, or relevant Agile/Databricks certifications are a strong plus.

  • Communication: Exceptional executive-level communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Location & Work Authorization: Must be able to work onsite in Tampa, FL on a full-time basis.
