Overview
SOSi is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support a cybersecurity program aligned to our customer. This role is responsible for managing IT programs with a focus on security-related activities and ensuring alignment with mission requirements and cybersecurity objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Manage IT programs with a focus on security-related efforts
  • Provide oversight of project and program management activities
  • Ensure alignment with cybersecurity mission requirements and program objectives
  • Support delivery of security-focused initiatives in accordance with program requirements

Qualifications
  • Experience: 10+ years managing enterprise IT/cyber programs, including SOC operations; DHS or law-enforcement experience preferred.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's Degree and ten (10) years of project/program management experience, seven (7) of which must be security-related; OR
    • Master's Degree in a security or business discipline and seven (7) years of project/program management experience, five (5) of which must be security-related
  • Certifications (Required): Project Management Professional (PMP)
    • Industry certification related to security and/or incident response (e.g., Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), GIAC)
  • Clearance/Suitability: Secret (active); Top Secret, SCI Clearance (eligible)

Additional Information
Work Environment
  • Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in deployed locations.
  • Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 - 1700.
  • May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
