Come be a part of what's next. About The Role The Netflix XD Operations team is seeking a Senior Design Program Manager to join our XD Operations team. In this role, you will work within the Enterprise XD organization to translate strategy into reality, taking concepts from initial vision to final pixels while establishing and optimizing best practices for how our team works.

You will help shape the processes, partnerships, and ways of working that enable Enterprise XD to deliver high-quality design at scale. The Enterprise XD team designs the internal tools and experiences that power how Netflix creates, plans, produces, and promotes the best content for our members around the world. Your work will directly influence the technology and systems that support the entire content lifecycle at Netflix.

Optimize Enterprise XD operations and workflows, so the creative team can focus on innovating on our product effectively and ensure that our partner teams bring innovation to life Own and drive initiatives and programs for Enterprise XD. This includes driving programs, adding clarity to initiatives, teams, and strategies to ensure that XD is deeply connected to the context & highly aligned Own strategic artifacts that drive clarity for the business outcomes at a program level partnering with XFN partners. Partnering with design leadership & XFN teams to establish roadmaps and maintain them through understanding business priorities and cultivating strong relationships across XD Develop & deploy solutions and see them through to achieve the necessary business outcomes Drive complex creative pipeline from end to end, including prioritization and planning, resource management, and program tracking.

Establish engagement models and cross-functional collaboration channels with key design partners and stakeholders, balancing multiple priorities and business demands Support & inform team health & resourcing alongside design leadership Successfully collaborate with design leaders, designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers Advocate for design by ensuring the design team has time and space to apply rigorous design practices in the product development lifecycle The Must-Haves 7+ years of applicable program management experience in a technology and creative environment, preferably enterprise companies, organizations or ecosystems Demonstrated delivery of large-scale design programs and projects, preferably working in collaboration with product and engineering Domain experience in partnering with advertising or ad tech product teams Passion for user experience and design with an understanding of the product development process The ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with demonstrated examples of proactive cross-functional partnership on large-scale initiatives that required clarity, direction, and influence amidst complexity and evolving business objectives Experience working across complex problem spaces with the ability to ask the right questions to arrive at better solutions with broader business priorities in mind. Experience managing both up and across large design teams of 30+ team members Strong instincts around people and organizations with proven experience working directly and or influencing Design Directors and Design VP's Relationship and trust building - candidates are expected to develop strong, trusting partnerships to guide, inform, or support efforts; you must have and demonstrate deep collaboration, curiosity, optimism and positivity Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate and execute alongside a diverse range of partners. Written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate your concepts and evangelize them Experience working in continuous delivery environments where the pace is fast A willingness to fail fast and learn Earnest, mature, and ego-free.

You welcome candid feedback and can constructively give it as well Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.

The range for this role is $260,000.00 - $370,000.00. This compensation range will vary based on location. Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits

We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off. Full-time salaried employees are immediately entitled to flexible time off.
