The Gist… 

We are seeking a Program Manager that will lead business transformation and analytical support services for a government client implementing mission-critical policies. The role aligns with a seasoned professional capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and client initiatives to successful outcomes in a high-visibility environment. The Program Manager serves as a critical bridge between government senior leadership, stakeholders, and the consulting/contractor team. The Program Manager will ensure seamless delivery of policy guidance, implementation support, strategic planning communications support and data analytics work products.  

This role is suited for a leader who can operate comfortably in front of government executives, direct a team of subject-matter experts, and translate ambiguous or evolving mission priorities into structured, executable plans.  


Team Leadership & Client Management 

  • Lead and manage teams of subject matter experts supporting mission-critical and time-sensitive policy implementation. 
  • Serve as the primary POC between government senior leadership, clients, stakeholders, and the contractor/consulting team to align priorities, expectations, and deliverables.  
  • Manage overall project scope, schedule, budget, and quality across all workstreams.  

Policy Strategy and Implementation Support 

  • Provide senior-level support on the development of policy guidance, implementation frameworks, and reporting/tracking of key initiatives. 
  • Lead the team’s efforts to translate policy directives into actionable, phased implementation plans. 
  • Identify any risks and dependencies and work collaboratively with clients to drive resolution. 

Communications Support 

  • Lead the development of executive-level communication products such as briefings, status updates, and presentations, in support of policy rollouts. 
  • Ensure messaging and content are clear, consistent, and customized for the appropriate audience.  

Digital and Data Analytics Tools 

  • Develop and Deploy analytics tools such as dashboards, data models, and KPIs to communicate statistics, convey trends, and align leadership priorities. 
  • Translate complex analytics findings into clear actionable recommendations, ensuring data quality and integrity.  

Program Management
