Position Overview

The Product Management & Innovation Leader will partner with consulting teams, engineers, designers, and enterprise clients to develop innovative digital products, AI-driven solutions, and scalable business capabilities across a variety of industries.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Innovation
  • Lead the development of customer-centric digital products and AI-enabled solutions aligned with client business objectives.
  • Translate business needs, market insights, and customer research into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Facilitate ideation sessions, innovation workshops, and product discovery initiatives.
  • Drive the creation and validation of Proof of Concepts (POCs), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and scalable enterprise solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
Product Development & Agile Execution
  • Partner with engineering, analytics, research, and design teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
  • Manage product lifecycle activities including roadmap planning, prioritization, sprint planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to guide product execution and continuous improvement.
  • Balance user experience, business priorities, and technical feasibility throughout development.
  • Support implementation of AI and data-driven capabilities within enterprise environments.
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders across multiple industries.
  • Present complex technical concepts in a clear and business-focused manner.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership teams to align product initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Drive consensus and maintain momentum across cross-functional teams and client organizations.
Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Proven experience managing software development initiatives and digital product delivery.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Lean Startup, and human-centered design methodologies.
  • Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, researchers, and executive stakeholders.
