Senior Product Manager, MyConnect

Location: Remote (U.S.)

Securitas is seeking a strategic, customer-obsessed, and results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of MyConnect, our digital experience platform designed for security officers.

This role will own the strategy and evolution of a product that supports thousands of frontline employees across North America, helping to improve engagement, communication, and the overall employee experience. Working at the intersection of technology, operations, and user experience, this leader will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and executive leadership to deliver measurable business and customer outcomes.

Success in this role will be measured by product adoption, user engagement, employee satisfaction, operational impact, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions that make it easier for our security officers to succeed every day.

What You'll Do

Own Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MyConnect, ensuring alignment with business priorities, employee needs, and Securitas' broader digital transformation objectives.
  • Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

Drive Customer-Centered Product Development

  • Develop a deep understanding of security officers and frontline operational workflows through customer research, field engagement, analytics, and experimentation to identify opportunities that improve the employee experience.
  • Lead product discovery and decision-making using customer insights and data to deliver intuitive, high-impact solutions that drive adoption and engagement.

Lead Product Execution & Innovation

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and other business partners to deliver products from concept through launch, define success metrics, and continuously optimize performance.
  • Champion modern product management practices while leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve digital experiences, operational efficiency, and business results.

Who You Are

An ideal candidate brings:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using customer research, analytics, and experimentation to inform product decisions.
  • Experience partnering closely with software engineering and UX teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse teams.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools in everyday work and incorporating AI or other emerging technologies into product strategies.
