Job Description

Working Hours: Our team operates from 11-20 Monday through Friday. Please ensure these hours align with your availability.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Print Designer to ensure all deliverables meet client briefs, brand guidelines, and printer technical specifications.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of print and digital production by delivering clean, complete, and high-quality layouts.
  • Maintain organized file structures, including proper naming conventions and version control.
  • Deploy digital assets through content publishing tools such as GTR DAM and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Perform simple image retouching and basic visual adjustments when required.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within scope and deadlines defined by the Project Manager.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies. 
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams through email, chat, and calls.
  • Quickly learn and apply new processes, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout principles, and visual identity guidelines (colors, branding, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of DTP (Desktop Publishing) tools and print production processes.
  • Familiarity with content publishing tools and interfaces such as GTR DAM and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Figma is considered a plus.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
