The Senior Brand Designer plays a key role in bringing the Butler/Till brand to life across marketing, growth, and business development initiatives. This role focuses on the design and development of high-quality visual communications that support marketing programs, thought leadership, events, and new business opportunities

The Senior Brand Designer works closely with marketing, growth, and creative services teams to ensure Butler/Till consistently shows up in the market with clarity, polish, and impact.

QUALIFICATIONS
• REQUIRED
o Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or equivalent
o 6+ years of professional design experience and leading and managing brands (agency or in-house)
o Portfolio that showcases strong traditional and digital executions, brand expertise, systems-thinking, creative excellence, presentation polish, and campaign solutions
o Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of Figma for design systems and execution
o Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creative presentations and pitches
o Experience in landing page and email design
o Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
o Proven ability to translate strategy and content into clear visual communications
• PREFERRED
o Agency experience is a plus
o Understanding of business goals and objectives and how design can drive impact

COMPENSATION
Butler/Till is committed to providing pay transparency of our compensation philosophy and ensuring equitable pay practices for our employee owners. The compensation range for this position is $53,000 - $84,000 and represents the annual salary range in Rochester, NY. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
This is just one component of Butler/Till's total compensation package for employee owners. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including ESOP (employee stock ownership plan), an annual bonus, in addition to a full benefits package, and paid time off benefits, including 100% paid parental leave. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an mployee receives an offer of employment.
