Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Plumbing Engineer to join a dynamic and growing engineering environment focused on delivering high-quality design solutions across commercial, residential, and multifamily projects. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who thrives in a hands-on design capacity while contributing to collaborative project delivery.
This individual will play a key role in producing plumbing system designs, supporting project execution, and strengthening communication across internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support plumbing system design for commercial, residential, and multifamily projects
  • Develop detailed construction documents using Revit (mandatory)
  • Apply industry-standard engineering practices to ensure code compliance and design accuracy
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance project delivery and coordination
  • Participate in project meetings with stakeholders, including architects and contractors (approximately 20% client interaction)
  • Contribute to improving technical communication and workflow efficiency across projects
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively drive progress and accountability
Qualifications:
  • 8-15 years of relevant plumbing engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency in Revit (required)
