Join our Team as a Plumbing Assistant!

Position Overview:

Are you passionate about plumbing and interested in expanding your skills in the plumbing aspect of the trade? Schroeder Plumbing is seeking a skilled and motivated Plumbing Assistant to join our team in Omaha, NE. In this role, you will work alongside experienced Licensed plumbers, assisting in various plumbing tasks in new construction, commercial and residential plumbing projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the plumbing team in the installation and maintenance of various plumbing systems, including pipes, drains, valves, etc.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate plumbing tasks with other aspects of the job being carried out
  • Effectively use hand and power tools to complete assigned plumbing tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that tools and equipment are properly cared for and stored.
  • Follow safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, reporting any issues or potential improvements.
  • Continuously enhance your plumbing skills and knowledge through learning opportunities provided by the company.
