We are looking for a Plumbing Assistant Project Manager with 3 or more years of Commercial Plumbing Project experience with projects ranging in size from 500k to 3 million or more.

Responsibilities: Manage schedule, change-orders Attend BIM Coordination meetings with General Contractors Maintain relationship with Subs, GCs, and Owners Top-performing Project Engineers have career growth, promotion opportunities available Requirements: 3+ years of Plumbing Project Management experience Preferred: Local in Bay Area Stable work-history Currently working for plumbing contractor Medium to Large Project experience Knowledge working with MS Project, Quickpen, Excel, Navisworks, and BlueBeam Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or similar
