Overview:
ROLE: Senior Performance Test Engineer
LOCATION: San Francisco, CA
We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Performance Test Engineer with strong experience in performance engineering and the utility domain. Based on your experience, we believe this role could be a strong fit for your profile.
Please find below the key details of the requirement:
Experience Required:
  • 8+ years of experience in SDLC/TDLC
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing/Engineering
  • Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model
  • Utility industry experience (ADMS exposure preferred)

Technical Skills:
  • Strong expertise in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, LoadRunner Cloud, JMeter, NeoLoad, or similar
  • Experience in performance engineering and monitoring tools (AppDynamics, CloudWatch, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools like SOAP UI, Postman
  • Strong knowledge of Java or Python
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Expertise in metrics gathering, dashboard creation, and performance analysis reporting

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute performance testing across QA and production environments
  • Perform stress, spike, endurance, failover, and single-user profiling tests
