Job Title: Senior Mainframe Developer – OMNI Overview / Summary Seeking an experienced Senior OMNI (Mainframe) Developer with 8+ years of experience and strong expertise in OMNI applications and Mainframe technologies. The candidate will be responsible for development, enhancement, production support, and maintenance of business-critical applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and implement OMNI/Mainframe solutions. Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions. Support production issues and perform root cause analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience. Experience with OMNI application development and support. Strong knowledge of COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM. Experience with TSO/ISPF and Endevor/Changeman. Experience with Mainframe batch processing and troubleshooting. Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Experience with production support and incident management. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain. Exposure to Mainframe modernization and integration initiatives. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
