Job description

Park Nicollet Clinics is seeking Advanced Practice Clinicians to join our Family Medicine Virtualist team. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day.

As a Family Medicine Virtualist, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires board certification in Family Medicine. This is a remote, out-patient position where you will provide support during operating hours for primary care through virtual patient care (70%) and department in-basket management (30%). Minimum of 5+ years of full scope outpatient Family Medicine experience required. Candidates must reside in the state of Minnesota.
