Location : Coral Gables, FL(onsite)
Job Description: NOC T2 Engineer
Role Summary:
Provides the first level of technical network support, focusing on basic troubleshooting for the Event Network (LAN, WLAN, and WAN).
Key Responsibilities:
Initial Diagnostics & Monitoring: Performs first level of technical network support on incidents for LAN, WAN and WLAN to identify common connectivity issues or port configuration errors. Monitors device health and availability (e.g., switches, access points) via dashboards like Cisco Catalyst Center and Meraki Perform initial diagnostics
Resolution & Fulfillment: Resolves standard network issues and fulfills basic service requests such as port activations or MAC address registrations.
Documentation: Thoroughly records all troubleshooting steps and findings in the ServiceNow ticket before escalating unresolved issues.
