You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments and provide technical support as needed.

We are looking for a dependable, self‑motivated professional with strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills, who can operate independently and contribute to a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess network needs and develop forward‑looking infrastructure plans.
  • Design, implement, and maintain secure LAN/WAN environments using Cisco Meraki and other enterprise‑grade solutions.
  • Lead and support infrastructure projects focused on enhancing network performance, security, and scalability.
  • Analyze and monitor network performance; prepare quarterly reports with recommendations for improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to wireless access, routing, switching, and remote connectivity.
  • Configure, manage, and maintain VPN infrastructure for secure remote access.
  • Administer and optimize Meraki firewall appliances.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up‑to‑date documentation of network configurations, assets, and processes.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with both internal departments and external vendors for service integration.
  • Provide support during non‑standard hours for emergencies or scheduled maintenance windows.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing Cisco Meraki switches and wireless access points.
  • Must have Cisco Nexus and Catalyst experience.
  • Capable of lifting and transporting networking equipment (up to 50 lbs) when necessary.
  • Proficient in SD‑WAN and multi‑site network architecture.
  • In‑depth understanding of core networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSH, SSL, NFS, and CIFS.
  • Experience deploying and managing ISP circuits and vendor coordination.
  • Expertise in VPN technologies and secure remote access implementation.
  • Strong grasp of network security concepts, including firewall configuration and access control.
  • High levels of experience in Routing and Switching is a must have.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Fortinet firewalls or other advanced network security appliances.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, Network+, or equivalent).
  • Hands‑on experience with Zscaler ZPA.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, including both remote and on‑site support as required.
  • Familiarity with file storage systems and encryption methodologies.

MicroVision offers a flexible work schedule that could include a hybrid schedule of onsite and remote work, subject to team and business needs.
