Job Description We are seeking a Client Services Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in client service within banking and investments, KYC/AML adherence, and FINRA-aligned issue resolution and a proven ability to deliver timely, end-to-end support while identifying appropriate product and channel solutions. Worksite and Schedule: Jacksonville, FL. Onsite 5 days per week for the first 3 weeks of training, then hybrid onsite 3 days per week thereafter. Responsibilities: Service and support Investment and/or Banking clients via inbound and outbound calls and email. Articulate the business value proposition and align clients with appropriate products, services, and channels. Facilitate client transitions to digital solutions when appropriate and explain Private Client and digital program value. Own client issues end to end, ensuring closed-loop resolution and timely follow-up. Handle customer claims and complaints in accordance with FINRA and firm policies. Refer opportunities to segment partners, including Wealth, Small Business, Home Lending, and Digital Wealth teams. Adhere to all Regulatory and Compliance procedures, including strict KYC/AML requirements. Assess risk, apply sound ethical judgment, and escalate control issues with transparency. Required Skills & Qualifications: 0-2 years of customer service experience; investment product exposure preferred. Understanding of investment and financial planning fundamentals preferred. Knowledge of multiple banking and investment products with strong relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication with professional presentation. Ability to work independently within set procedures and make informed decisions. High accuracy while handling multiple tasks and supporting a broad product set. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word preferred. SIE, active Series 7, and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) required. No lapse of two or more years since last registered employment with a qualifying financial institution. Bachelor's/University degree required. Preferred Skills: Experience supporting clients in wealth management or brokerage environments. Familiarity with digital banking and digital wealth platforms. Why TSR?
