As part of our Digital Mission Solutions team supporting the General Services Administration (GSA), this role contributes to the design, operation, and security of enterprise network infrastructure that supports critical government operations. Team members collaborate with experienced technical professionals to deliver reliable, resilient, and secure networking capabilities that enable mission success across federal environments.

CTC is looking for a Associate Network Administrator who will support the deployment, management, and optimization of secure network systems within a government environment. The role involves configuring and maintaining networking equipment, monitoring performance, resolving connectivity issues, and ensuring adherence to federal cybersecurity and compliance standards. This position requires close coordination with IT teams, and other program stakeholders to maintain operational continuity and ensure network systems remain secure, scalable, and responsive to evolving mission needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable secure network solutions.
  • Configure and manage firewalls, routers, switches, and other network devices.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational IT needs.

Basic Qualifications:
