Network Operations Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Network Operations Manager to lead the administration, optimization, and strategic direction of a complex enterprise infrastructure environment. This individual will oversee network operations, server infrastructure, virtualization technologies, security initiatives, and technical support functions while leading a team of infrastructure and support professionals.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day network operations, ensuring system availability and performance, driving infrastructure improvements, overseeing troubleshooting and incident response efforts, supporting cybersecurity best practices, and contributing to technology planning and budgeting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in network engineering, systems administration, team leadership, and enterprise infrastructure management.

Required Experience:

• Network engineering and administration
• Cisco networking technologies
• Windows server environments
• VMware virtualization
• Network security and infrastructure operations
• Technical team leadership and Help Desk management
• Enterprise troubleshooting and performance optimization

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Citrix environments
• Experience managing enterprise-scale infrastructure and support teams
• Strong understanding of systems security, capacity planning, and operational best practices

This is an excellent opportunity for a technical leader who enjoys balancing hands-on infrastructure oversight with team development, operational excellence, and long-term technology strategy.

This is a Permanent position based out of Tallahassee, FL.

The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
