They are seeking a Sr. NET Lead Developer with extensive experience in .NET development and ArcGIS to lead technical teams and deliver enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities:
• 8+ years of experience as a full stack .NET developer (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/9.0, Entity Framework, SQL Server, Azure).
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with ArcGIS Pro/ArcMap solution design and development.
• Strong background in geospatial databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, Oracle Spatial).
• Proven leadership experience guiding technical teams and delivering enterprise solutions.
• DevOps & ALM Familiarity: Experience with Git/GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management practices.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior developers.
