Job description

Job Summary:
Spruce Technology, Inc. is a mid-size, award-winning technology services firm providing innovative technology solutions and IT strategy consulting nationwide. They are seeking a Healthcare IT Program Manager with experience in governance frameworks and enterprise deployment expertise to manage healthcare technology solutions and teams.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8–10 years of experience in IT Program Management
• Strong healthcare technology solution skills and experience
• Experience working with technology solutions in a Health System with Integrated Delivery Network (IDN)
• Experience working with infrastructure build of healthcare technology solutions
• Management experience including people, program, project, and budget management
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer service-focused, self-starter, self-supervised, and strong influencing skills
• Experience working with Monday.com for dashboard reporting
• Experience with Microsoft Visio, Draw.io (Diagrams.net), and Lucidchart
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, and SharePoint
• Knowledge of budget management and demonstrated experience managing IT budgets, project portfolios, and operational improvement plans
• Experience utilizing ISACA COBIT governance, control, risk, and audit processes
• Experience leading teams supporting an IT Shared Services organization
• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree as outlined, or a satisfactory combination of education, training, and experience.
Preferred:
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
• PMP certification desired
• Certified Scrum Master preferred
• ISACA CISA certification desirable
• Experience with Agile methodology desirable
