What is a senior millwright?

A Senior Millwright is a highly skilled tradesperson responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting industrial machinery and mechanical equipment in factories, plants, and other facilities. They often lead teams, oversee complex projects, and ensure machinery operates efficiently and safely. Senior Millwrights have extensive experience and expertise in reading blueprints, using precision tools, and adhering to safety standards.
