Rogers Group is currently seeking individuals to fill a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN / MILLWRIGHT position for our quarries located in Cowan, TN, Shelbyville, TN and Fayetteville, TN. The successful candidates for this role should be an experienced welder, millwright or maintenance person who can maintain and repair plant operations including working with crushers, conveyors and screens. The job may also include general work around the quarry operation and other duties as assigned. Hours of operation must be flexible and may require night and weekend work as well.
JOB DETAILS:
  • Full-Time
  • Location: RGI Quarries located in Cowan, TN, Shelbyville, TN and Fayetteville, TN
  • Wages starting at $25/hr

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous fixed plant maintenance or related industry experience is required.
  • Experience working with crushers, conveyors and screens is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in fabricating, cutting, and stick and mig welding is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, direction, and work planning for plant maintenance, fabrication, and heavy repair projects.
  • Mechanical aptitude/ability to diagnose and perform plant repairs as needed.
  • Self-motivated individual - must be able to perform required duties independently, without constant supervision.
  • Must be flexible on working hours and locations with the ability to adapt to different work environments.
