As a Member Services Representative, you will assist members with a variety of financial products and services, respond to inquiries, process transactions, and provide solutions that help meet their financial needs. This is a fast-paced, structured contact center environment where professionalism, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset are key to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming member inquiries in a high-volume contact center environment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving
  • Assist members with accounts and transactions including:
    • Savings and checking accounts
    • Consumer loans
    • Credit cards
    • IRAs and other financial products
  • Research and resolve member concerns using multiple systems and applications
  • Educate members on additional products and services that may benefit them
  • Maintain accuracy and compliance while handling sensitive financial information
  • Meet performance metrics including quality, attendance, schedule adherence, and member satisfaction

Work Environment & Schedule Expectations

This position supports a 24/7/365 contact center operation, and flexibility is essential.

Important Schedule Information
  • Scheduled breaks and meal periods must be taken as assigned
  • Most shifts operate within a flexible one-hour start/end time window
  • Candidates must be available for a 9.5-hour daily availability window to accommodate scheduling flexibility
  • Expect to handle back-to-back inbound calls for most of your shift
  • Representatives may be scheduled to take calls for up to four consecutive hours before a break
