Job Purpose: The Senior Marketing Specialist works closely with our Chief Marketing & Brand Officer to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies. This position is responsible for working directly with Senior Management overseeing multi-faceted print and digital marketing activities that enhance brand awareness. The Senior Marketing Specialist provides expertise in four core areas: Social Media Management, Event Planning & Coordination, Creative, & Education.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, demographic data, activity, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal/external creative teams to identify and recommend innovative marketing campaigns/branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising.
    • This includes search marketing, lead generation and prospecting efforts, social media marketing, SEO, and digital analysis.
  • Oversee campaigns/projects from concept to completion; direct and online.
  • Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms, to be used to relay product messages to customers.
  • Evaluate key performance metrics to manager marketing campaign performance, maximizing ROI.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients/vendors through networking and prospecting.
  • Develop and display expertise in areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.
  • Design and develop marketing materials.
  • Draft press and media releases.
  • Communicate with public relations and media contacts.
  • Assist in the preparation of, and conduct, presentations.
  • Maintain Company websites and social medias.
  • Monitor and assess customer feedback.
  • Enforce Brand Standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
