The Senior Marketing Partner is responsible for the planning and evaluation of marketing campaigns under strategic guidance from the Regional Director. This individual will work with all levels of management to coordinate marketing, communication and public relations initiatives. The Senior Marketing Partner will work closely with their entity and/or service line leadership team to support business needs and overall network goals. The Senior Marketing partner is a key member of the team responsible for the communications and marketing needs of various network service lines and programs and serves as a hospital spokesperson when so designated by the Vice President or Associate Vice President of Marketing. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In conjunction with the Regional Director, serve as a senior marketing partner to the entity and/or service line and to advise and assist management and others in leadership roles on matters of communications, marketing and public relations. Work with regional team on new services, physicians, facility openings and expansions. Key member of the multi-disciplinary team focused on a broad range of marketing and public relations issues; including media relations, special events, advertising and internal communications. Stay current on digital and strategic marketing trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Utilize analytics to evaluate campaigns. Develops strategies to foster employee engagement and commitment. Demonstrate financial responsibility and accountability through the effective and efficient use of resources in daily procedures, processes and practices. Other related duties as assigned. PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS: Requires sitting for up to 8 hours per day, 2 hours at a time. Standing for up to 4 hours per day, 3 hours at a time. Requires occasional fingering, handling, and twisting and turning while entering data into the computer. Occasionally requires lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Occasionally requires reaching above shoulder level. Must have the ability to hear as it relates to normal conversation, seeing as it relates to general, peripheral and near vision, visual monotony. EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree required. Journalism, marketing or communications concentration preferred. TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum of five to seven years experience in communications, public affairs, marketing or related field. Demonstrated success in interacting with all level of network management and general public. A collaborative work style, innovative thinking, strong work ethic. Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements of projects assigned. Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
