Job description

Join our Consumer Bank Marketing Engagement & Communication team as a Senior Associate within the Onboarding and Engagement pillar, where you will have the opportunity to develop and manage key retail marketing initiatives for the core segment. This role offers a chance to contribute to campaigns that increase retention, financial health, and digital adoption across the Consumer Bank, as part of a rewarding and dynamic work environment.

As a Senior Marketing Associate within the Onboarding and Engagement team, you'll be responsible for end-to-end creative development, execution, and management of onboarding and engagement campaigns across digital and direct mail channels.  You'll demonstrate strong project management skills and drive results by working collaboratively with many business partners while maintaining strong organization and focus. You'll need to be self-motivated, self-directed, detail-oriented, and energized to thrive in a fast-paced, always-changing work environment while being required to adhere to established processes and specific timeline.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end creative development with internal and external agencies while incorporating feedback from brand, product, legal, and regulatory reviewers
  • Manage execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns within multiple systems and processes ensuring initiatives are on-strategy, on time and within budget parameters

  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of internal processes to drive operational efficiencies, and speed to market across projects.

  • Track and manage content updates and annual recertification of in-market tactics and materials

  • Manage multiple initiatives to completion under rigorous deadlines in a fast paced and dynamic environment 

  • Think critically and make recommendations to optimize campaigns to improve results, efficiencies and reduce costs

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 5+ years' experience in a marketing campaign execution role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization 
  • High energy, solutions-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines 
  • Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members 
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities 
  • Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant improvement 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

 Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 4-year college degree
