The Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for owning manufacturing process capability, output performance, and the development of the manufacturing engineering function.


Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and develop the continuous improvement and manufacturing engineering team
  • Own process capability, throughput, and production stability
  • Partner closely with operations leadership to remove constraints and improve flow
  • Establish and enforce standard work for critical manufacturing processes
  • Lead structured problem-solving efforts on production and quality issues
  • Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor supporting machining and assembly
  • All other duties as assigned by management
