What You'll Own


Legislative Strategy & Policy Advocacy

Partner with Chamber leadership to develop legislative priorities, analyze public policy issues and advocate for solutions that strengthen Colorado's business community.


Coalition Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

Build trusted relationships with business leaders, elected officials, community organizations and strategic partners while facilitating collaboration around shared policy goals.


Committee Leadership & Member Engagement

Lead policy committees, member forums and stakeholder discussions that educate, engage and activate Chamber members.


Strategic Initiatives & Organizational Impact

Drive complex projects that strengthen the Chamber's advocacy efforts, member experience and long-term organizational impact.


Operational Excellence & Department Partnership

Partner with the Vice President of External Affairs to strengthen departmental operations while mentoring teammates, supporting key initiatives and helping ensure the team delivers exceptional results.

Compensation


$90,000-$120,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.


Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. However, it serves as a mentor, thought partner and subject matter expert within the Government Affairs team. This role provides guidance, coaching and project leadership to team members while influencing outcomes through collaboration, expertise and relationship building.
