Position:          Maintenance Planner/Scheduler

Location:         Stanford, CA

Duration:        5 Months (High Possibility of Extension) 

Experience: 1+ yrs

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Water Operations Associate Director and Water Systems Lead to organize and schedule workflows for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance tasks, project support, and routine operations to address priority demands as well as long-term and short-term projects.
  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and multi-week schedules for facility operations and maintenance activities.
  • Lead the creation and ongoing management of a preventative maintenance program specifically for water operations systems.
  • Manage water system asset data and information to facilitate the effective operation of maintenance programs and support related reporting requirements.
  • Deliver prompt customer service for reactive work orders while balancing preventive maintenance schedules by assessing the situation and available resources.
  • Coordinate work and project timelines with customers through phone calls, emails, and calendar management.
  • Monitor, track, review, and analyze open work orders and their aging for assigned maintenance teams.
  • Enter, manipulate, analyze, and extract data using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Design and prepare reports that provide statistical information to aid in the development of process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes, planning, or performance by analyzing workflows, project demands, and expectations.
