Maintenance Planner/Scheduler

Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay: $35.00-$40.00/hr DOE


We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Planner/Scheduler who knows how to keep maintenance operations organized, efficient, and moving forward. If you enjoy coordinating schedules, sourcing parts/materials, and supporting maintenance teams in a fast-paced industrial environment, this could be a great fit for you.


What You'll Need
  • 3+ years of experience as a Planner/Scheduler
  • Maintenance planning experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in sourcing parts and materials is required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and keep schedules on track
  • SAP experience is a major plus
A Day in the Life

Your day starts early and stays busy - reviewing work orders, coordinating maintenance schedules, tracking parts availability, and making sure technicians have what they need before the job starts. You'll work closely with maintenance teams to prioritize repairs, schedule preventive maintenance, source materials, and adjust plans when production needs change. You'll spend time inside systems like CMMS/SAP, communicating with vendors, and helping keep downtime to a minimum through solid planning and preparation.
