With a strong reputation built 50 years, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Senior Business Development Manager. This inside sales role is focused on generating new business opportunities by proactively connecting with prospective clients - primarily within the financial industry. You will play a key role in building relationships, identifying opportunities, and positioning our consulting, real estate, design and construction services. 

Core Responsibilities:
• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
• Secure and schedule meetings to present commercial design/build services
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their strategic goals and align solutions accordingly
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions within CRM software
• Manage follow-up communications and long-term relationship development
• Attend industry conventions and travel as needed
• Customize and distribute marketing materials, proposals, and relevant company information based on client needs

What We're Looking For:
• Proven sales performer with strong track record of high outbound call volume and results
• Skilled in developing long-term consultative client relationships built on trust and persistence
• Confident communicator comfortable engaging executives, including CEO's and senior leadership
• Persuasive, authentic, and relationship-focused communication style
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Professional business etiquette suited to a business casual environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively 

Education & Experience:
• High School diploma required with a minimum of 3 years related sales experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in financial institutions, real estate, architecture, construction, or automotive dealerships is a plus
• Other inside sales backgrounds will also be strongly considered
