- Partner with customers to understand their needs and identify solutions that support their goals
- Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the sales process, from initial discussions through project launch
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and targeted markets
- Grow market share by developing new customer relationships and expanding existing partnerships
- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to support strategic growth initiatives
- Work closely with engineering, program management, and internal teams to develop proposals and support new business opportunities
- Coordinate internal resources to provide quotations, technical support, and project updates
- Collaborate with customer engineering and technical teams to support product specifications and performance requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing sales experience
- Strong relationship-building and customer management skills
