Pay Range: $20.19 - $31.80 per hour

Summary:
The Shared Service Sr. Inventory Control Analyst maintains Inventory Quality Control and Logistics Management in all assigned areas, which can be inclusive of acute, non-acute and lab locations. This role involves the planning, physical build, and sustainment of 2-Bin and Par Ex inventory locations across the organization. Depending on assigned locations, A Shared Service Sr. Inventory Control Analyst may also be responsible for all replenishment activities. Working in close partnership with the Supply Chain’s Automation, Purchasing and Sourcing teams to collaborate with internal and external partners on a wide range of tasks, while executing operational business goals and meeting clinical standards of care. Responsibilities:
- Work alongside acute, non-acute, and lab clinicians to design and implement a 2-Bin or Par Ex inventory management model.
- Partner with Automation, IT, Par Excellence and Transformation teams on clinical site projects.
- Procure appropriate bin sizes, label color, scale types and shelving units for supply location build.
- Assist with the replenishment process at assigned 2-Bin and Par Ex commodity and specialty supply locations.
- Utilize information systems to extrapolate, record and track requisitions and purchase orders from point of issue through receipt and invoice payment.
- Perform assigned 2-Bin and Par Ex supply locations’ physical organization and systemic adjustments as it relates to item additions, conversions, deletions and par levels.
- Recognize 2-Bin and Par Ex locations’ supply trends and make educated decisions to ensure appropriate inventory levels are available.
- Compose internal and evaluate external data reports to help determine item demands and avoid supply disruptions.
- Use data sources and Microsoft applications to present findings and communicate recommendations.
- Assist in the management of item backorder status, order error reconciliation, product disposition, recall notice and substitution option.
- Make inquiries, escalate concerns and solicit responses on a variety of scenarios involving AU application, item status, Link number assignment, order expedition, substitution option, pricing reconciliation, RGA, sample request and UOM discrepancy to the appropriate coordinating areas including Finance, Purchasing, Shared Services, Sourcing and Patient Care teams.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with Shared Services’ peers, RUMG clinical teams, preferred distributors and vendor representatives.
- Attend daily team huddles and weekly inventory meetings.
- Train Inventory Control Analysts and provide PTO coverage.
- Travel to multiple clinical off-site locations via personal vehicle and/or operating company vehicle.
Required Job Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Four years of experience in related healthcare or service industry field required.
- Proficient with using Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and exhibit good oral and written skills.
- Ability to plan daily personal time management and long-term strategies through fiscal budget year activities.
- Ability to analyze, compose and articulate business opportunities and recommend best proactive outcomes for clinical site location Inventory.
- Prior experience with data inquiry, data entry and P.C. operations. Requires sound math and inquisitive skills resolving system[s] and inventory related issues.
- Proof of state issued driving license and inquiry of driving record.

Must be able to lift 50 or more pounds, standing/walking long periods of time.
