Position Summary:
The Senior Analyst, Inventory Control is responsible for managing end-to-end inventory control processes, operational reporting, and supply chain analytics. The role supports daily inventory operations while leading data analysis, system support, and continuous improvement initiatives that drive business performance. As a key contributor to supply chain projects and strategic solutions, the position delivers actionable insights and supports effective inventory management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee accurate and adequate warehouse transaction management (receiving, shipping, repacking/kitting) and inventory performance management (cycle counting, adjustments, OS&D) to ensure inventory is accurate, and Order to Cash (OTC) process is effectively managed.
  • Ensure internal inventory records are synchronized with 3PL warehouse records. Review, validate, and address 3PL warehouse errors by identifying root causes and leading, implementing, and monitoring performance improvement or recovery action plans.
  • Manage inventory controls, track and report performance, and provide insights and data driven analytics to capitalize on continuous improvement opportunities to drive profitability, productivity, and operational effectiveness.

Supply Chain Operational Duties (60%):
  • Inbound PO (Purchase Order) management: receiving inbound POs timely in Oracle, ensuring accuracy and appropriate supporting documentation is provided.
  • Manage inventory transaction reconciliation between 3pl and Oracle inventories
  • Ensure timely and accurate warehouse shipment confirmations
  • DRC (Display Ready Case) management: Manage inventory transaction reconciliation between open-stock master cases and DRCs.
  • Work cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Transportation, Customer, Service, Distribution, teams to ensure end-to-end inventory management/control process is defined and controls are implemented.
  • Liaison with 3PL (third party logistics provider) to ensure compliance with requirements

Supply Chain Reporting (20%):
  • The role also owns several critical reports that support cross-functional teams and serve as key tools for business decision-making and operational oversight

PO to Invoice management (20%)
  • Manage three-way invoice match exceptions and partner with Accounts Payable and co-manufacturers to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payment.

QFS (Quality Food Safety) and Customer Support (as needed)
  • Co- lead traceability activities the distribution team, as required
  • Implement internal modifications to continuously improve QFS process.

Education and Work History:
  • Bachelor's Degree required in supply chain or business-related field

  • Working knowledge of consumer-packaged goods (CPG), food manufacturing, and supply chain operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Experience leveraging AI and Microsoft Copilot tools to improve productivity, automate tasks, and generate business insights.
