Who We're Looking For:
As a key member of the Operations team, the Senior Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for leading inventory control activities for a regulated medical device manufacturing facility. This position ensures inventory accuracy, material traceability, and compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations and company procedures. The role serves as the subject matter expert for inventory processes and partners closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams.
About the Role:
  • Lead cycle count and physical inventory programs to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies and determine root causes.
  • Ensure accurate ERP inventory transactions for receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
  • Maintain lot, serial number, and expiration date traceability.
  • Develop and improve inventory control procedures and work instructions.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required.
  • 5+ years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Visual/SAP or other ERP experience required.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
