Job description

Grassland Dairy Products, Inc., a leading manufacturer of butter and dairy ingredients since 1904, is growing and looking for a Corporate Inventory Control Associate to join our team in Greenwood, WI.

This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory across multiple locations, with a strong focus on powder inventories. The Corporate Inventory Control Associate will monitor inventory usage, identify and resolve discrepancies, collaborate with various departments, and support the Financial Quality Control and Procurement Manager.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Compensation for this position ranges from $22.00/hour to $24.00/hour. Education, experience, and relevant qualifications will be taken into consideration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy of finished good inventories across multiple facilities, with an emphasis on powder
  • Review timeliness and ensure accuracy of production data entry
  • Verify inventory is moving between locations to fulfill needs of our plants and customers
  • Minimize business disruptions by identifying issues, analyzing the root cause, and modifying procedures to fix the issues going forward
  • Support month-end and year-end close process
  • Maintain proper documentation in all formats of recordkeeping
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
