Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Wausau is hiring a full-time Infrastructure Project Engineer to support underground sewer and utility projects across Central Wisconsin.
This is a hands-on role working directly with a Master Plumber to plan, estimate, and manage excavation and trenchless infrastructure projects.
Ideal for Civil, Environmental, or Construction Engineering/Management candidates who want real field experience and a clear path to leadership.
What You'll Do
  • Assist in planning and estimating underground sewer and utility projects
  • Support trenchless sewer rehabilitation and excavation jobs
  • Build material lists and project scopes
  • Coordinate permits, inspections, and municipal requirements
  • Work directly with field technicians and project crews
  • Track job costs and help protect project margins
  • Help manage timelines, logistics, and supplier coordination
  • Participate in field visits and on-site problem solving
