Job description

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Infrastructure Project Manager for a hybrid opportunity with one of our premier clients in Neenah, WI.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager experience to lead cybersecurity, compliance, and enterprise infrastructure initiatives supporting CMMC readiness and compliance efforts. This role will manage projects involving IT infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity controls implementation, cloud technologies, identity management, and compliance programs aligned with cybersecurity requirements.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in IT Infrastructure Project Management, cybersecurity compliance, and cross-functional leadership, with experience supporting regulated environments or defense-related organizations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects supporting CMMC compliance initiatives.
  • Manage programs involving:
    • Infrastructure modernization and technology upgrades
    • Cloud migration initiatives (Azure, AWS, hybrid environments)
    • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
    • Network security and segmentation
    • Endpoint security, EDR, SIEM, and monitoring solutions
    • Vulnerability management and remediation programs
    • Disaster recovery / business continuity initiatives
    • Security tooling deployments and operational improvements
  • Coordinate technical teams including infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, networking, compliance, legal, and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, RAID logs, and governance processes.
  • Facilitate gap assessments, remediation tracking, and audit preparation activities.
  • Support development and maintenance of:
    • System Security Plans (SSP)
    • POA&M documentation
    • Security policies, procedures, and standards
  • Manage vendors, third-party security partners, and assessment organizations.
  • Provide executive reporting, project dashboards, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure successful project transition to operational support teams.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
  • 5-10+ years of IT Project Management experience leading infrastructure or cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • IT Infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, virtualization)
    • Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Hybrid Cloud)
    • Cybersecurity frameworks and compliance
    • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
    • Endpoint security, vulnerability management, SIEM, and logging
    • Risk management and audit preparation
  • Experience managing enterprise infrastructure deployments and compliance-driven remediation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
