Job description

Senior HVAC Project Manager position. This is a permanent, full time position with a great salary and benefits package. Responsibilities : Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and new potential customers.

Communicate with suppliers to ensure best pricing and timing of materials. Coordinate with Superintendent, field, safety and management teams regularly. Submit change-order requests, RFI's, and manage project billings for projects.

Manage projects from start-up to close-out, ensuring we are exceeding state codes and safety requirements. Requirements: 7+ years working as a Project Manager for a large, commercial HVAC Construction company working on large project. Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.

Advanced technical knowledge reading and redlining CAD drawings, working with BlueBeam, MS Project, Excel, and other BIM and project coordination/scheduling applications are a plus.
