Johnstone Supply | The Huestis-Meyers Group, a leader in the HVAC industry, is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance our brand reputation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Create, print, and distribute flyers and signage.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
  • Manage and maintain the company's website and social media platforms, ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant.
  • Create and manage the production of marketing collateral, including promotional materials, product information, and sales tools.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, including advertising agencies, graphic designers, and event planners.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to track performance and ROI, and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Manage marketing budget, ensuring all expenditures are within budget and in alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and provide thought leadership and innovative ideas to the team.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, including training, trade shows, customer meetings, and product launches.
  • Support with the design and creation of presentation and training materials for training classes.

Recommended Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in HVAC or related industry is a plus.
