We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to join our client's team! A Senior HR Manager is a strategic leader who aligns human capital initiatives with overarching business goals. They oversee core functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, compensation, and performance management. This role bridges executive strategy with daily operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Workforce Planning: Partner with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs, build scalable people processes, and drive succession planning.
  • Employee & Labor Relations: Resolve complex workplace grievances, mitigate organizational risk, and guide managers through sensitive performance or disciplinary issues.
  • Compliance & Policy: Ensure company-wide policies adhere to local, state, and federal labor laws.
  • Total Rewards: Oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, and performance review cycles.
  • Talent Acquisition & Development: Oversee the recruiting lifecycle, onboard top talent, and develop continuous learning and development programs.


Qualifications & Skills
