Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and manage electronic health information systems.
  • Assist with billing and insurance verification processes.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and managing office supplies.
